KRATOS CAPITAL ANNOUNCES THE ACQUISITION OF ITS CLIENT CLEAR GUARD PRODUCTS, INC

October 29th, 2015, Kratos Capital, LLC, a Dallas-based private M&A investment bank that specializes in middle market transactions, announced today that it has facilitated an investment in its client, Clear Guard Products (CLRGRD), a Texas-based strategic firm.

Creative Menus & Folders targets investments in founder-owned companies in the manufacturing, online/internet, and business services industries. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Olden, TX, CLRGRD, Clear Guard Products is a full-service menu solutions company that manufactures menu covers and various items for the global restaurant as well as leisure industry.
